FAQ
Do I have to order prints through you?
You are not required to order prints directly through me, however if you wish to order prints I would be happy to assist you with this process to ensure that your photos are printed at the highest quality possible. I will always give suggestions on where to print from once your gallery is completed.
Can I bring props to my shoot?
You are more than welcome to bring any props you'd like to your session! Sonogram photos for a maternity session, a bottle of Champagne for engagements and anything else to help you feel more comfortable!
What should I wear to my session?
I will work with you personally to help with any outfit guidance prior to your session if requested. I want you to feel as confident as possible during your session. My editing style is a bit moodier, so neutral colors such as whites, blacks and tans/cream always look beautiful post editing along with earth tones. I also am a personal fan of long, flowy dresses which provide some beautiful movement in photos
What should I expect after booking with you?
Once your inquiry is submitted, I will reach out to you via your preferred contact method within 24-48 hours to set a date and time that works best for your schedule. Once a date is confirmed, a retainer and signed contract will be required to hold your date.
Payment plan options are available, however total payment of your session will be required prior to your session date.
How quickly will I get my photos back? and how?
A standard session's gallery will typically be returned back to you within 4 weeks. (Wedding timeline will be discussed separately) I usually get so excited to edit after a session that I will send a couple complimentary previews over to you within 24-48 hours after your session. You will be able to view, and download your gallery through an online link that will be sent to you via email. If you need a rush turn around, I would be willing to prioritize editing with an additional fee - just ask!
What is your Travel Policy?
I will happily travel up to 1 hour away with no additional cost. If you'd like to book your session in a specific location 60+ minutes away, an additional travel fee will be added to your session fee based on mileage.
